Delivery and collection

For a question about a shop item or an order, send a message through the public contact form.
Returns
Contact the shop through the form before sending an item back. A message is not confirmation that a return or refund is approved. Wait for a response before arranging a return.
Order information
Checkout asks for your name and email address. For delivery, it also asks for a phone number and delivery address; the second address line and county or region are optional. You can add optional order instructions. Checkout also records the item and option, quantity, destination, fulfilment choice and payment status.
These details are used to confirm payment, fulfil the order and show the saved order in the private order-status view provided after checkout. Keep that link private: anyone who has it can view the order status.
